The San Antonio Zoo is teaming up with Nickelodeon to celebrate the return of the beloved Latina heroine, Dora the Explorer. This summer, kids and families can enjoy a series of interactive activities inspired by Dora’s adventures, making it a perfect time to visit the zoo.

Exclusive Dora Showings
Every Saturday at 10:00 a.m. from July 6 to September 14, visitors can enjoy exclusive showings of the all-new Dora series. These showings are free for members and included with standard admission. Space is limited, so be sure to arrive early to secure your spot.
Dora-themed Scavenger Hunt
From now until September 15, embark on an exciting scavenger hunt inspired by Dora’s adventures. Visitors can obtain instructions at the Guest Experience office at the zoo entrance. This activity is designed for all ages, making it a fun and educational experience for the whole family.
Streaming the New Dora Series
Can’t make it to the zoo? Catch the brand-new CG animated series, Dora, streaming exclusively on Paramount+. Follow Dora and her best friend Boots as they embark on epic adventures in a fantastical rainforest, guided by the trustworthy Map and challenged by the sneaky fox, Swiper.
Important Details
- Wristbands for Showings: Children can check-in at the entrance to Discovery PLAYce each Saturday to receive a wristband for the exclusive showings. Wristbands are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Scavenger Hunt Instructions: Available at the Guest Experience office at the zoo entrance.
