
Tales of Conservation Comes to San Antonio Zoo This Spring
This spring, visitors to the San Antonio Zoo can embark on a wild adventure with Wildlife Rescue: Tales of Conservation, Presented by Bank of Texas. Running from March 1 through April 27, 2025, this immersive, hands-on experience features 12 life-sized animal sculptures, allowing children and families to learn about endangered species in an interactive way.
The exhibit, located in Kronkosky’s Tiny Tot Nature Spot, features sculptures of Black Rhinoceros, Cheetah, Pangolin, Panamanian Golden Frog, and even an Orangutan with a baby on its back, among others.
Spring Fun Kicks Off with a Bubble Party
The zoo’s spring festivities begin with an exciting Bubble Party on the Great Lawn on March 1 & 2 from 10 AM – 1 PM. Guests of all ages can enjoy a magical atmosphere filled with bubbles, music, and interactive activities.
Throughout March and April, visitors can also enjoy:
• Meet & Greet with Cowboy the Rhino – Wednesdays through Sundays at 10 AM (H-E-B Plaza)
• Weekend Animal Chats – Learn from animal care experts at Africa Live!, the Aldabra Tortoise habitat, and the Gibbons habitat
• Live DJ on the Great Lawn – Saturdays & Sundays from 10 AM – 2 PM
